I have some wonderful memories connected to the Royal Albert Hall in London. Wonderful concerts with filmmusic including Star Wars and Planet of the Apes, watching Star Trek while the film music was played by the live orchestra was enchanting. Once I even got a Prom ticket for the normal price of just 10 Pounds (to encourage the public to enjoy classical music – I think) and I sat almost next to Murray Gold when his Doctor Who compositions were performed (and I got an autograph 🙂 )
